A beautiful building

In the heart of Leeds’ Northern Quarter, the beautiful Grade II listed Crispin Lofts was named after St. Crispin, patron saint of shoemakers and started life as a clothing factory in the early 1900’s. More recently, one of the city’s finer examples of ornamental yet solid, well-built architecture has been used for the manufacture of footwear.

Now, standing proudly at the corner of North Street and New York Road, Crispin has been bought back to glorious life and it will once again take its place at the heart of the Northern quarter.
